Giving Our People A Platform
Initiatives and training range from mandatory racial Courageous Conversations training for all employees; production commitments inc Free the Work, Just Runners, Illuminatrix Drops, and Unsigned Union; formalising affinity groups; partnering with the Creative Mentor Network; ensuring DE&I is a key part of managers appraisals, and much much more. All our initiatives helped increase the percentage of BIPOC employees from 17.7% to 36% as of Q1 March 2023.
