Our goal is to create a business where everyone feels free to be themselves and has the same opportunity and access to progress. It encourages courageous thinkers who champion outsider perspectives.

In light of this we are the first marketing agency to become Fertility friendly accredited employer. We also have a Period policy which aims to normalise and destigmatise conversations about periods and create a safe and flexible working environment.


Ambition

Back in 1999, Iris was founded by a team of seven young entrepreneurs. Bored of big agency politics and frustrated by bureaucracy, they broke away from the Publicis Groupe with one shared belief; ?
it could be done differently.

With the philosophy, ‘Media Anything, Idea Everything’, Iris was built as an integration specialist, from day one.

It was our founders’ ambition to build an agency that was more agile, adventurous and adaptive to change than anything before it
