Challenger work like this is only possible through our commitment to build an agency for everyone. Named Campaign UK’s most ethnically diverse agency, creating an inclusive culture where bringing a challenger mindset is rewarded. Emma Fine, Group Strategy Director and MediaWeek 30 under 30, was scouted by New Balance, perhaps the greatest compliment a client can pay its agency. We enjoyed spending £100 each on books and events to grow our Challenger mindset. Rallying round our charity partner, The Single Homeless Project, with fundraisers, including Ross Jenkin's participating in the CEO Sleepout, raising £5,758.
