Culture

To ensure that everyone can work to these values and meet their potential, we have developed a number of initiatives which live alongside our DEI policies. As with the work we do for our clients, we hold ourselves to account and strive for continuous improvement.
D&I Council
Powered by 20 Diversity & Inclusion Champions from across Digitas, our Council have created a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion manifesto, which is now embedded within the agency, driving positive change through advocacy, allyship and awareness-raising through various initiatives.
We have a formal programme of Learning & Development specific to DE&I, ‘Open Up’ and ‘Brave Spaces’, which covers a variety of key inclusion issues tailored to different audiences, to accommodate different learning styles –all seeking to embed inclusive behaviours and a culture of continuous listening and learning.

As part of Publicis, we are proud to adhere to the wider Groupe Charter, and offer our people progressive policies.
The Publicis DEI Charter outlines our approach and the inclusive behaviours we value at Publicis Groupe UK. In 2021, we developed inclusive and progressive policies around Raising Concerns at Work, our suite of Family Friendly Policies and our Menopause Policy, building on this with our Disability, Trans Inclusion, Domestic Violence and Abuse and Carers’ policies which all launched in Q1 2022.
