Marketing intelligence platform and modern-day pitch consultancy Creativebrief’s CEO Charlie Carpenter has become majority shareholder after conducting an acquisition, as Chairman Tom Holmes retires.
Charlie Carpenter, CEO of Creativebrief is taking the helm of a new era of growth.
Carpenter, who has led the company for nearly 10 years, was appointed CEO in 2019. He was previously managing director. The acquisition sees him become majority shareholder and owner of the business.
The move comes as chairman Tom Holmes steps down and retires from the organisation he founded in 2002. Carpenter has appointed a four-strong management team of Steph Nattu (Business Director), Nicky Kemp (Editorial Director), Helen Hall (Marketing & Growth Director) and Ben Piper (Design & Technology Director) who will take the business forward into its next phase. All of the management team will hold an equity stake.
