To mark the end of a great year of content, the Creativebrief team has chosen the 2023 winners based on the most exciting, diverse, quality work from our member agencies.
Without further ado, here are the 2023 #Top30s winners...
Hire Different
Congratulations go to House 337 for a well-deserved new work win. The agency represents the power of creativity for not just brands and people but for society as a whole, and their latest work for UK-based charity, Autistica, cements this power. 'Hire Different' highlights how the traditional interview process works against autistic people by comparing the difficulties they experience with those a neurotypical person might face in the same setting.
Designing a trans-affirming visual identity
Hostile politics and negative news agendas against the trans community have been rife in recent years. Against this backdrop, Weirdo worked with trans+ charity Not A Phase, their corporate partner Nike, and the community, to co-create a visual identity for the fitness and self-defence programme, Misfits, designed to showcase trans joy. Misfits opens up the doors to spaces that are all too often filled with obstacles to those who are trans+ or gender diverse. Congratulations to everyone involved in making this initiative happen and to Weirdo for being this year's case study #Top30s winner!
