The landmark industry census from the Advertising Association, the IPA, ISBA and Kantar is set to take place on March 12th.
The 2025 All In Census, led by the Advertising Association, the IPA, ISBA and Kantar, is set to take place next Wednesday 12th March. To mark one week until the census, the countdown begins with a campaign on the iconic Piccadilly Lights advertising spot to encourage the industry to get involved and have their say.
The campaign is designed to raise awareness of the upcoming census and urge all those working in advertising to have their say and help build the data that can shape the industry for the better. With an estimated 250,000 people working in the advertising and marketing industries in London alone, the campaign on the Piccadilly Lights aims to capture the attention of those working in the industry in the busy city centre.
The campaign has been brought to life with an animated All In Census display, thanks to the support of Ocean Outdoor and work by design studio, Two Stories.
The data collected from the census is used to shape the All In Action Plan, which includes eight actions to help create a workplace where everyone feels they belong. Currently, 140 companies are supporting the initiative as All In Champions and have implemented the plan within their workplaces.
In one week on the 12th of March, those working in the industry will be able to complete the survey online, which takes just 15 minutes of their time.
“The All In Census is the most comprehensive and inclusive people survey in our industry and provides the best picture of ‘who we are’ and how we view the potential of our industry. However it evolves, human capital and talent will always be fundamental to the success of our industry; There has never been a more important time to participate,” explains Eté Davies, EMEA EVP of Dentsu and Chair of the All In Black Talent Working Group.
