Amazon Alexa has teamed up with TalkSport to create a new campaign to celebrate the passion and excitement of the new Premier League season.
The ad showcases how busy football fans can plug into Amazon Alexa to keep connected to the game.
Created by Pulse Creative, News UK's dedicated agency, the ad features a Dad listening to TalkSport on Amazon's Echo smart speakers. When his team scores an important goal, he celebrates with a huge knee slide, undertaken with such enthusiasm and energy that he ends up sliding through his whole house. As he flies through his home, he uses Alexa's features to keep in tune with the celebrations in the stadium.
The campaign, which is a collaboration between TalkSport and Amazon Alexa, perfectly expresses how smart technology and passionate sports coverage can enhance the experience for fans everywhere.

As demonstrated in the ad, Alexa can also be used to set reminders for upcoming matches and games. The devices featured in the ad include Amazon’s Echo, Echo Show 10 and Echo Show 15. The spot shows that if consumers just say, "Alexa, play TalkSport everywhere," TalkSport will play across all Echo devices in the home.

The media was planned and bought by Pulse Media and Hello Yellow. The strategy is focused on targeting football fans across the UK. Launching this month the campaign will run until mid-October.
