Women in Marketing will continue to be a platform that celebrates, educates and reflects the evolving landscape of marketing through a female lens and male equality and equity advocates.
Ade Onilude, Founder and CEO of Women in Marketing Community Interest Company
Ade Onilude, Founder and CEO of Women in Marketing Community Interest Company, commented: “To the Global WiM Awards 2022 Shortlists, Winners, Highly Commended and Commended, thank you for your leadership, inspirational and game-changing work.”
She continued: “We Salute You! Women in Marketing will continue to be a platform that celebrates, educates and reflects the evolving landscape of marketing through a female lens and male equality and equity advocates.”
Debbie Ellison, Global Chief Digital Officer at VMLY&R, added: “Never has there been a more important time to celebrate women that are pioneering and successfully influencing their teams, organisations and marketing landscape globally. And our landscape is constantly evolving: new channels, new technology, new behaviours - all contributing to a more difficult world in which we need to help brands excel.
Ellison pointed to the profound impact of the past twelve months, highlighting the fact that research from Deloitte on Women at Work revealed that 53% of women say their stress levels are higher than they were a year ago and almost half (46%) feel burned out.
She added: “To this year’s winners, we celebrate and recognise you and to Ade, Founder & CEO of WiM, we thank you for the platform you’ve created on which we all stand.”
