It is these well-loved, seasonal favourites and more that M&S, alongside Grey London, have chosen to focus on in their Christmas campaign. They spoke to real people to get their opinion on their own M&S favourites and why they make the festive time feel so special.
The team travelled the length of the country to find out who favours what and where in the biggest campaign ever launched by the retailer. There are 12 ads in total that look at what people want and need for Christmas. Each ad focuses on a particular product and will be released to coincide with festive customers’ shopping habits.
The ad marks the first since M&S divided its food section from the clothing and home parts of the business. It’s an unscripted highlights reel that draws our attention to the real love everyone feels for M&S products intermingled with a few mouth-watering close-ups of the food in question. The retailer is also encouraging people to get involved on Twitter and share their Christmas favourites using #MyMarksFave.
