Funkin Cocktails add a festive twist to Funkin Time campaign

The campaign from Brave builds upon the success of the summer campaign

Building upon the success of its summer Funkin Time campaign, Funkin Cocktails has released a festive iteration of the catchy ad.

The Christmas-themed slot brings back the tiny yet larger-than-life ‘Funkin Queen’. After preparing some party snacks for guests at a Christmas party the host opens her fridge to the tiny queen who celebrates the small win of getting the snacks prepared and tells the host ‘It’s Funkin Time’. 

The fusion of colour, music and a miniature drag queen creates a fun vibrant slot that celebrates the small wins declaring that life is worth celebrating with a delicious cocktail that’s ready in an instant. ‘Whenever You’re Feeling Fine, It’s Funkin Time.’

The campaign, created by Brave, is the latest phase of the ‘It’s Funkin Time’ campaign that began after Brave won Funkin Cocktails as a client back in summer.

For the festive spot, Brave was tasked with creating a second campaign for Funkin’s ‘ready-to-drink’ range. Where Christmas can be stressful and expensive Funkin wants people to enjoy the festive period as much as they can by giving permission to elevate any occasion in an affordable way.

The fun-loving spot will run across VOD and social throughout December and will also be supported by a series of OOH encouraging people to be kind to themselves, celebrate the small wins and enjoy Christmas with a cocktail.
