When Tom isn´t within earshot, most people will say that he is one lucky guy.
Because one day, he tripped over and found himself living in Madrid and working at LOLA by pretending that he spoke fluent Spanish and knew what he was talking about.
But he soon got found out, so had to make up for it with his performance in the business.
Now, nearly 13 years on he finds himself running LOLA MullenLowe and elevating it to become the jewel of the IPG network, and basically doing the work of his life. His luck has extended to leading many successful global teams within the IPG network, bringing integration and consistency across many markets.
He continues to love every day that he is blessed to work with such talented, creative people in LOLA and take the agency to new heights.
Maybe it’s true that the harder you work, the luckier you get.
