With a background in post-production for television and commercials, Joel is currently COO at Cherryduck Ltd, encompassing branded-content production company Preen, post-production facility The Nest and east London-based filming space Cherryduck Studios. A strong believer in good communication, and strong staff relationships, with a keen eye for organisational strategies, when he’s not at work he can be found desperately trying to cling to his childhood through Lego building, playing football and spending his evenings playing video games.
