High Street restaurants have been under huge pressure for years, with even well-established and once-loved chains shutting up shop. Add to this climate a pandemic and all the pressures that come with it, and PizzaExpress needed to innovative, fast.

To survive, PizzaExpress not only needed to modernise their loyalty experience, but they also needed to set a new standard for excellence in the casual dining space.

In just 14 weeks we prototyped, tested and designed the next generation of dining app for – from developing the proposition, to crafting the visual, verbal and user experience. 

Crucially, we helped PizzaExpress pave the way for a new type of relationship with their customers. 

By creating a connected commerce and loyalty experience, we delivered a platform for innovation and growth, setting PizzaExpress up for future success.
