Amazon came to us with a problem: despite offering one of the best customer services in the world, their reputation was suffering. Through qual and quant research we established the right first step to tackle this – highlighting how they treat their people. We developed a campaign approach which focussed on communicating Amazon’s differentiated employee benefits, to a very specific opinion elite audience, who’s trusted opinion would go on to reach far wider audiences.  

The docu style films ran across Europe, featuring real employees and their stories, all produced by our sister production company, Collective Studios.
