Creating a compelling brand position and launching Grand Central Birmingham

In early 2014, RBH was appointed lead creative agency for Grand Central Birmingham and tasked with launching this much-anticipated retail and dining destination. We developed the "We'll meet at Grand Central" brand proposition and delivered an integrated launch campaign that saw 60,000 visitors on launch day, 318,359 on the first weekend and footfall of over a million in the first month.

To further engage shoppers and diners, we launched The Brief in May 2016. The Brief is an intelligent, informative online collection of articles, reviews, hints and tips that 33 retailers contribute to. It captures the style, sights, people and experiences of Grand Central in a close up, evocative way – putting the audience at the heart of the action.
