Princess Alice Hospice is a 27 bed Hospice that provides end of life care - they are a charity that, although physically situated in Esher, covers a huge area to the South of London.

A big part of what they do is working in the surrounding community and right now they are providing care and support for 800 people and their families in these communities. Through their Hospice at Home service, they are providing high quality compassionate care for people in the place they want to be, surrounded by the things they know and love. Their team of healthcare professionals, palliative care doctors, nurses, social workers and welfare advisors make over 15,000 home visits a year to provide care needed by each person.

Princess Alice Hospice came to Bright Blue Day with a brief to spread the word and inform people of the Hospice at Home service. We created an overarching creative campaign that, through the use of Princess Alice’s strong branding, literally put the hospice into the home using creative executions to highlight services such as their Night Nurse service and their support offering. The campaign was communicated through their network of shops in the form of posters and across social media.



The campaign has been very well received and recall and recognition of the Hospice at Home service has been significantly increased.
