Culture

Our founders built relationships by being curious, by helping to find solutions to problems that are tailored to challenges each client was facing. Having a relentless desire to find a new way of doing things. They had no place for egos, so built relationships with peers, clients, media agencies and the leading media suppliers. Instead of an email, they picked up the phone or jumped in a cab to speak face to face. They built true and long lasting partnerships. And that’s how the business still operates. Our account management team pick up the phone to have a conversation instead of an email, they’ll bring our wider partners into conversations that could help us crack your business problem, they’ll challenge you but then take you out for a coffee after. They’ll celebrate the highs with you, and be there when you face the inevitable headwinds. Because that’s how trusted partners should behave.

It’s sad really that we’re one of the few independents left, but we’re so proud that we’re still here - packing a mighty punch, with a fun, entrepreneurial culture that is driven by our core values which define what we are, what we have and how we act:

What we are:

Relentless, Contrary and Empathetic. We are never satisfied and neither should you be! Our best work is always ahead of us. We have a habit of questioning everything. Asking whether there is a point of view that is contrary to what the market crowd is currently believing. We are empathetic - towards our talent, our clients and partners and of course to our consumers and audiences - without empathy, we never would get to the heart of the problem.

What we have:

Positivity and Integrity. A little positivity goes a long way doesn’t it? And sadly, it seems that integrity is something that is lacking more and more these days. Not for us. We ask it from ourselves, our clients and our ideas. After all, it makes us proud and excited to come into work every day.

Egoless. It’s all about the work silly.
