Culture
A passion for food and drink is what ties the team together. One of used to be a pastry chef at the Ritz, one of us grows vines and makes wine and one of us is a food and drink influencer. Our love of food and drink is what creates the Phipps community: it’s the spirt that binds us.
The team is small, but it’s mighty. Standards are high and it’s not easy to get a job here. But if you do, you’ll find an agency of talented and energetic people who really know their stuff and will always go the extra mile to deliver an exceptional campaign.
Everyone at Phipps also gets an annual 'Phipps400' allowance to spend on developing new skills. So far over the years, the team has been on over 200 courses from snowboarding to guitar and from vine growing to interior design.
