Outside of ignis I can usually be found either on (exhaustingly long) walks with our much loved 'office dog', at The National Theatre or discovering new cities the world over.

Over the last 20+ years i have spread award winning creativity across experiential, brand activation and shopper campaigns for brands such as Martell, Jameson, London Pride, Lanson, Camel, Macdonald Hotels & Resorts, Gala Bingo, Betfair, Sheraton Hotels & Resorts and Cuticura to name but a few. Away from managing ignis's creative talent, i can often be found shouting at the England rugby team, challenging the opinion of the nation's film critics and revisiting the guilty pleasure of Goth rock.

From FMCG giant Reckitt Benckiser, to FS providers, NatWest and RBS, to retailers Dixons Carphone and EE, there is always a common thread running through:- to produce retention and acquisition strategies to nurture, grow and develop the brand as well as the client relationship.

As a psychology graduate, an underlying interest in human motivators - and the effect of our ever-evolving surroundings on behaviour - underpin my work. Festivals, hockey and a love of cooking keep me busy away from the office.

I started my career, within the marketing department of Marriott International, and have now brought my experience agency side.

Since arriving in London over 5 years ago, I've worked with creative design and digital agencies to deliver innovative digital and branding campaigns for Camelot Global, Rio Tinto, Thomson Reuters, Savills, and JLL.

Now at ignis, my role is to bring a fresh, digital perspective to our work and to lead and nurture innovation, internally and externally.

Having muddied my boots for over 15 years, I am a seasoned veteran of the event scene. From the giants that are Glastonbury, Leeds, Reading and Creamfields to the fully immersive events such as Secret Garden Party and Boomtown, many valuable lessons have been learned along the way. Leading a year round team, activating at more than 20 festivals and events every year, I’ve garnered close relationships with key industry figures and gained a wealth of knowledge covering everything from creative conceptualisation and contract negotiation, through to production management and on-site troubleshooting.

When not in a festival field, I try to enjoy the more simple things in life, good food, good wines, good holidays and most important of all, good company!
