Taking couples and families on holiday, re-uniting friends and families, and providing a year-round lifeline service between the UK, Channel Islands and France – Condor Ferries helps to bring prosperity to the communities it serves.

Our Good Times positioning reflects all of these things, and was the ideal vehicle to re-position the company from an operationally led to a customer focused business. The new identity we built for them around Good Times encompasses all touch points, and makes them one of the few ferry companies in the UK not to use red and blue.

The 'Good Times' concept and our new branding has been rolled out across all of their marketing material with great success – from ship liveries and print material, through to TV creative and website design/development.

Reinventing their digital presence

When it came to redesigning their website, our key challenge was to be able to communicate with travellers in several countries/destinations, with one striking website. To achieve this, we opted to build the new site to geo-detect visitors’ locations, in order to enable us to only serve relevant and inspiring content, to increase conversion.

Conceived, built and delivered from start to finish by our in-house team of digital strategists, designers and developers, on time and on budget. Since launch it has been delivering great results, increased dwell time and much improved conversions
