Making Skin a Talking Point




To create a platform that would engage both consumers and the trade on the subject of skin and to generate awareness of Leo Pharma’s work in this area. Developing an environment that can support and allow people living with a skin condition to feel comfortable in sharing their experiences.


Creation of New York’s first pop-up gallery and working photographic studio, showcasing the diversity of skin health over a fifteen-day period. The pop-up gallery was in the heart of the Meatpacking district in Manhattan.  This fashionable location in the art and tech hub of New York proved to be the perfect setting. The clean and clear box space was an ideal canvas for us to create an environment that felt both premium and special for attendees. As well as being a gallery, the studio served as a meeting place to engage with patients, industry groups and health practitioners.

World-renowned photographer, Rankin, was commissioned to shoot high-res stunning portraits that put skin under the lens, for all its beauty and flaws. Consumers could book in to be a part of the project.
