Certain were brought in by Brawl to help with a significant process of business transformation. They were looking for a complete brand overhaul; a new business offer and positioning to compete in a challenging market, a new name and a new look and feel.
After an internal and external engagement process we came up with the new agency name Brawl, and the new business offer of ‘content commotion’ which was all about disrupting the status quo in the market and bringing something different to the industry. A new look and feel brought this ethos to life and Certain developed a range of internal and external communications to launch the new agency in market.
