Prickett & Ellis are a family-run, independent estate agents with a difference, which means they have the flexibility to be able to put the customer first. With the long established reputation to maintain, their style is about as different as it gets. When we were approached to help with their rebrand (and later on to design their website), we realised that we needed to get to the heart of their ethos in order to portray them in their truest light. Not only are they well connected with the local areas, they have a wealth of experience and knowledge that is really invaluable for when you are dealing with anything property related. They are truly passionate about what they do.
Prickett & Ellis briefed us to create a new brand identity to align with their ambition to become North London’s leading, most experienced Estate Agent. With a 250 year heritage and the opening of their seventh office, we wanted to create a brand that represented and celebrated their true values of heritage and loyalty in an industry that can sometimes be hard to fully trust or understand.
What we have managed to establish is a premium, well-rounded, consistent brand that, in the past, had so often fallen victim of internal and external brand confusion. We continued this strong brand messaging in the website design and build, creating a dynamic, striking, user-friendly website which broke the mould of the industry standard. It’s a brand identity that Prickett & Ellis, as an independent company, are deeply proud of, and one that we are too.
Beautifully hand drawn illustrations, harnessing their core values of heritage and loyalty, encapsulate and celebrate Prickett & Ellis’s 250 year history of ‘opening doors’.
Taking the new identity as the base of our design, we've created an engaging and contemporary website that reflects Prickett & Ellis’ brand values and makes property search that much easier.
“Hatched delivered a rebrand and website that beautifully represents what we're all about. The process was a great way to recognise, celebrate and evolve our 250 year history.”
