To help Milk & More reach a new audience, we had to distil all the great things about the brand into a single compelling idea.

Milk & More delivers fresh milk in reusable glass bottles, and a range of hand-picked products directly to customers’ doors before 7am every day.

But Milk & More is part of a declining industry and needed to present its updated offering to a new generation of consumers.

Our insights showed these were people who care about ethical sourcing and seek out quality and Britishness in the products they buy.

So our campaign landed all of these concepts through its charming visuals and compelling tagline.

This campaign ran in national and regional press, out of home (OOH), and on radio, driving prospective customers to sign up on Milk & More’s website. 

It’s early days, but Milk & More are seeing new customers flood in.
