Adam gained his ACCA qualifications early on in his career whilst working for Deloitte’s for six years as a Senior Auditor. For the next five years Adam successfully project managed the implementation of the £200m Volkswagen Retail Concept, which involved bringing uniformity to the brand image, architecture and identity across 250 sites within the UK.
Adam has gained extensive experience in many aspects of finance and project management, giving him a meticulous eye for detail, and a flare for planning complex projects and the understanding of clients’ needs, making him a guiding light at The Grid.
Since co-founding the Agency in 2004 he takes responsibility for the company’s overall direction, budgetary control, supplier regulation and ongoing process and procedure development ensuring that all work meets our high standards.
With 20 years of in-house and agency experience, specialising in art direction and creative brand strategy, Johnathan has worked across some the world’s leading brands from Mercedes-Benz, Honda, Dulux, Sky and Clarks globally.
As founding partner and Creative Director of The Grid, Johnathan shapes the agency’s creative culture and ensures the client’s strategic vision is delivered. He leads the company’s creative cross-disciplinary team, working on and overseeing multiple levels of projects from identities for major brands to multi channel campaigns and global brand activations.
Lewis has over 10 years experience as a multi channel creative. He now manages some of The Grid’s key projects, delivering long term projects from global brand creation to above the line multi-channel campaigns. Lewis is highly skilled in developing strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business, brand and industry. He develops a fully collaborative working culture and his creative experience gives him a full grounding of the creative and production process.
Lucy has almost 10 years experience as a Creative Designer, spending the last 3 years running a multi-disciplined design team. She has been instrumental in shaping the global aesthetic direction for Clarks Kids as well as launching worldwide campaigns for Monsoon and Made.com.
