Jonathan founded Amplify as a home for creative people and clients, with a firm commitment to pioneering the untraditional with the rigour and measurement of the traditional.

Jonathan holds a firm belief in ‘passing the baton on’ to fresh talent. He supports and mentors young talent including influencer agency Urban Nerds and student specialists Seed. Jonathan also leads Amplify’s ongoing research and film series ‘Young Blood’ - exploring the hopes, fear and realties of 13-25 year olds growing up in today’s Britain.

Anton spent seven years client side in commercial management and marketing for both Marks & Spencer and Boots.

In 1993 he founded the integrated communications agency Mercier Gray. Anton co-founded Amplify with Jonathan and Neal in 2007 and operates as CEO.

Beginning life as the events manager of a 1000 capacity licensed venue open 5 nights a week Lee quickly realised the value of his audience to brands eager to reach out and communicate.

Armed with the information on what makes people tick he headed to the world of creative agencies where he now sits 17 years later as Managing Director of Amplify – putting both common sense and creativity together to deliver outstanding experiences on and offline.

Neal has spent most of his career in advertising including a long stint as FD at the Top 10 media agency, PHD.

Neal was key in the set up of Amplify with Anton and Jonathan and operates as Finance Director, as well as overseeing Amplify's other agency interests.

Following 10 years at Jack Morton, Jeavon is now at the the helm of Amplify's Creative department, bringing his ideas-led thinking to all our clients' work. He's created global product launches for Samsung Mobile, designed immersive digital catwalk experiences for fashion brands and has a portfolio that even includes creating a life-size version of the iconic 80s Fisher Price toy garage for Honda.

He’s passionate about architecture and design, powered by curiosity and never leaves the house with socks.

With nearly 15 years industry experience both client and agency side, Richie is our Executive Producer here at Amplify having first joined the ranks 5 years ago.

Never shy in throwing on his high vis and the steel toes, he leads the large scale productions whilst also helping to nurture and support the wider production team and driving the standards expected across all projects.

After heading up the marketing, PR and creative teams at Orlebar Brown, oki-ni and Penfield, creative strategist Christophe now calls Amplify home. He brings insatiable curiosity and passion for fashion, contemporary culture, arts and all things digital to the team. Outside the office, you’ll find him lurking around London with a camera in hand, grinding ledges, or crashing a new show opening.

Bexy is a creative director, filmmaker and academic who also joins us as the Head of Insight + Content at Amplify.

Bexy’s career highlights include writing and conceptualising a Channel 4 TV series, being Head of Creative Strategy of MySpace during its heyday and producing and directing our FanCulture film. She directed Amplify’s new documentary, Young Blood: Exploring British Youth Culture.

Prior to heading up planning at Amplify, Krupali’s 15 year career has spanned Commercial Law, Business Consultancy and Advertising.

She has provided strategic guidance for brands spanning luxury to FMCG, both in the UK and globally.

Jodie McCormac

Head of Production

Jodie has over 15 years of global and local production experience working on a range of large-scale high-profile sporting, music, fashion, festival, award and product launch events. Over the years, she has worked on campaigns for Sony Playstation, Converse, Sony Electronics, Reebok, Nike, Coca-Cola and Ray Ban.  

Jodie is now Head of Production after joining 18 months ago from RPM.

Amplify’s Head of Client Development Tosh is B2B and B2C marketing strategy expert, helping clients find the answer to their brand and business problems.

Before Amplify, he racked up 20 years of experience in the information, computing and tech space, managing campaigns for Cisco, Samsung, Microsoft and EE.

When not in the office, you'll find him DJing at clubs / festivals in the UK and across Europe.

Harriett has spent the past 8 years in the creative industry, with her experience spanning across global retail and interior design to packaging and experiential design.

Starting at Amplify in 2012, she now manages the internal creative department alongside Amplify’s ever growing pool of creative partners.

Zoe has over 10 years’ event and marketing experience, working with high profile brands at a global and local level, with a particular love for delivering large scale live events.

Starting at Amplify in 2014, she is now a Group Account Director leading a number of key accounts such as Google, YouTube and Lexus.

Lucy boasts over 14 years of experience in integrated marketing. With a second-to-none understanding of FMCG and entertainment brands, she's recently worked on constructing a crazy golf course for Southern Comfort and creating and managing an international breakdancing tournament for Burn.

When she’s not orchestrating large scale productions, you’ll find her with her surfboard under her arm, eyes on the next big wave.

With years of international marketing experience under his belt, Group Account Director Nico understands what it takes to make audiences tick. Working with brands like PlayStation, adidas, GAP + Red Bull, he’s our go-to guy for making sure big builds are expertly executed.

Nico has been DJing for over 20 years (he still owns his pair of Technic 1200s that he bought in ’97), spinning a multitude of genres, from 90s hip Hop, to funk, soul and house.

A stint promoting a certain energy drinks brand at university gave Kate the marketing bug. She ditched her planned legal career and pursued all things experiential instead.

10 years down the line, she’s now leading campaigns and events for clients like PlayStation, Sonos and Pernod Ricard. Career highlights include delivering the world’s biggest Gin based cocktail competition, launching the Nissan GTR by breaking a car into Goodwood, and helping to create the Global experiential launch strategy for PlayStation VR.

After a few years in advertising in Paris, Claire crossed the channel to join Amplify in 2013. Having worked on a wide variety of clients (from FMCG brands to video-games), she makes the most of her 360 experiences to deliver global activation initiatives.

Claire is a Senior Account Director at Amplify, working on global projects/brands, but when she’s not in the office you’ll find her embracing all things DIY, brandishing knitting needles and sewing up a storm.

Mark McDermott

Mark’s unorthodox career started on the trading floor of London’s investment banks. After six years of watching stocks, Mark followed his passion and moved into the world of music. There his drive for joining brands and music together pushed him to work with the likes of Channel 4, MTV, Samsung and Hugo Boss.

Working closer with brands Mark transitioned more into the experiential and cultural world. His career has seen him work on best-in-class activations for brands such as Nike, Converse, Red Bull and Airbnb.
